We offer better rewards than almost any other graduate employer. But we have higher expectations than almost any other graduate employer as well. Here, you must give nothing less than everything, every day.
All graduates are offered a support package in terms of a salary and relocation assistance.
As an example, if Dubai was chosen for your first foundation training year, the average earnings in addition to the support package is between £30,000 - £50,000 but this is your NET take home amount. Since income tax, national insurance, and student loan repayment is deducted if you work in UK. But Dubai has no such taxes. Each region globally including London has a different package, so this would become part of your decision-making process.
Once you have applied our in-house graduate recruitment advisors will be happy to cover and package details and bonus structure.
Year 3 and 4 earnings will be based upon the same package, or a similar package dependent upon location. Be tenacious, put the hours in, aim high and keep bettering yourself, and based on our past experience of successful candidates and our existing Wealth Managers and Advisers, this is what we expect you to earn in the next four years.
At the end of graduate field training, you will undertake an intense conversion training culminating in you becoming a Wealth Manager/Adviser.
